“Little Rock Star,” reportedly written for Ryan Adams and Amy Winehouse, recalls “Drunken Angel” from “Car Wheels.” It’s more a prayer than a sermon, though: “Juvenile delinquent, misunderstood/Peter Pan and Robin Hood/Will you ever do the things you’re afraid to do?”
